Welcome
Frank has 12 years of school and community counseling in SC, NC, and NY. Currently, he is the Creator/Director of the T3 Elementary Center and a National Board Certified School Counselor in Rock Hill. In addition, Frank is the owner/creator of the Kids on the Ball, an after-school enrichment program.

In addition to the information above, I actively present at state and national conferences on behavioral strategies and offer consulting services to private and public schools. My diverse education and experience has enabled me to work with families in many different capacities. I look forward to working with yours!
T3 Elementary Center

Kids on The Ball
